Broken By The Bet is a marketing and challenging project that questions the morals and the true
meaning behind gambling companies. Do they have their customers truly in mind. When they say
when the fun stops, stop; do they really mean it or is it a marketing ploy to entice gamblers to put
another bet on? Therefore I have created a brand that is looking to expose the bookies by using
uncomfortable statistics that make uncomfortable viewing. Due to my high interest in sports,
primarily football and darts; I used a statistic for each of them and horse racing is also an insanely
popular sport for gamblers, so was a no brainer to use that as well.
