How Much Plastic Are You Consuming? Is a disruptive design project that intends to stop people in their tracks. The core issue I aimed to address is plastic pollution. We consume plastic in two main ways: firstly, through the excessive purchase and use of plastic packaging, and as a result, by ingesting microplastics that enter our food due to widespread environmental contamination.

The project seeks to draw attention to our society's overconsumption of plastic and packaging by presenting a large-scale receipt, an impactful visual metaphor that reveals the staggering amount of plastic we collectively buy and discard each year. This installation is intended to confront viewers with the reality of their own consumption habits and underscore their role in this growing global crisis.
